FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Mark Sievers will be in the spotlight again Monday. Last week, documents called his character into question; Monday, it's his parenting.
A hearing continues Monday over the custody of Mark Sievers' daughters. His wife, Dr. Teresa Sievers, was murdered back in June.
On Friday, a judge gave the Department of Children and Families the weekend to prove a probable cause exists for removing the children from Sievers' care.
This coming after the State Attorney's Office released thousands of court documents last week, revealing evidence that Mark Sievers allegedly planned to pay off hit-men using his wife's insurance policy. But he's not been arrested.
Fox 4 will have a crew at the hearing and will have a full report on Fox 4 News at 6.
