LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. -- A man is accused of inappropriately touching himself near a school bus stop last Friday in Lehigh Acres. A group of elementary aged kids were waiting at the corner of Greenbriar Boulevard and Olsen Lane when a man allegedly started touching himself just feet away from the kids.

A black man believed to be in his late 30's, wearing a colorful striped shirt, black sweatpants with a white stripe and black slippers got out of his car and walked to the side of a home near the bus stop. He then allegedly urinated on the side of the house and then proceeded to use both hands to inappropriately touch himself.

A few minutes later the bus driver arrived. She saw what was happening and immediately called police.

"Well I'm glad that the bus driver was well trained and knew how to handle the situation," said a resident.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office isn't releasing the man's name. They did take someone to a substation for questioning but released him back to his home a short time later.

Fox 4 also reached out to the Lee County School District about the incident. A spokesperson with the district declined to comment.
