The Collier County Sheriff's Office arrested a man who they say threw rocks and tried to break into vehicles.
18-year-old Georges Alonzo-Nunez was charged with loitering and burglary.
Neighbors say they heard Alonzo-Nunez was screaming and cursing in the parking lot Sunday morning at the Summer Lakes apartment complex in North Naples.
A resident said the suspect threw rocks at his car and tried to break into it.
"I was walking around and I heard lots of banging, I didn't go check it out but I heard lots of banging," said Walter Lorenestorre.
Other residents say this isn't the first time Alonzo-Nunez has visited Summer Lakes. He was taken to the Collier County Jail.
