NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. - A woman is dead after being hit by a car in North Fort Myers Thursday night.
Florida Highway Patrol says the crash happened around 9:30 p.m. on Del Prado Boulevard near U.S. 41.
Highway Patrol says 41-year-old Blaire Fenn was hit by a car traveling east on Del Prado, as she was walking on the side of the road.
Troopers say the driver immediately stopped and called 911.
Fenn later died at the hospital.
