Woman facing multiple charges after a fight leads to major flooding

LEE COUNTY, Fla — A woman is now facing multiple charges after a fight at a condo leads to flooding.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office says they responded to the Lover's Key Beach Club condominiums for a disturbance.

When deputies arrived the victim told deputies Autumn Nicole Fields chased him with a knife.

They say she also chased home with a fire extinguisher and during the fight, she pulled the fire alarm.

Investigators say the overhead sprinklers were activated and the hallways on 9 floors were soaked with water.

They are estimating the damage to be $300,000.

Deputies also searched Fields unit and found 4.67 grams of methamphetamine.

She's charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Mischief over $1,000, Grand Theft of a Fire Extinguisher, and Possession of Methamphetamine.
