LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Tonight, we are learning the widow of a former Lee County Commissioner is no longer running for his seat.

Paula Kiker announced that she is withdrawing her name as a candidate for the 2020 election.

Her husband, Larry Kiker, passed away in April.

Paula says she is pursuing other business opportunities in Key West.

Governor Ron DeSantis tapped former Naval Officer Raymond Sandelli to fill the district three seats until the election.
