COQUINA BEACH, Fla. -- Two waterspouts touched down off Coquina Beach in Manatee County Thursday afternoon. They were spotted around 5:40 p.m.
Manatee County Public Safety tweeted that the spouts were moving west and everyone at the beach is safe.
