Friday nights are usually busy at Bell Tower Shops, but a water main break caused most of them to go dark.
There were signs posted around the shopping center tonight, saying a water main break caused water to be shut off at many locations.
Society says they have water and opened. But Grimaldi's was only doing take-out.
Other restaurants like World of Beer were closed.
The water main is fixed and everything is expected to be normal on Saturday.
