UPDATE 1/27:
The victim of a fatal hit and run Saturday on Fowler Street and Carrell Road has been identified as 74-year-old Paul Richard Hanson.
Investigators are seeking leads from anyone who may have had contact with the vehicle owner before or after the accident. Police could not disclose any names, but say there are people out there that have info.

The SUV involved in the fatal pedestrian hit and run was recovered late this afternoon thanks to a Crime Stoppers tip.
Investigators are hoping the vehicle brings them closer to justice for the victim’s family.

Fort Myers police are asking for the public's help in identifying a hit and run driver that killed a pedestrian at Fowler Street and Carrell Road over the weekend.
The Ford Expedition involved in the accident was last seen in the area of Cleveland Ave and North Airport, with heavy front end damage to the right side. Investigators believe it is a grey or charcoal, or two tone in color, 2003-2006 Ford Expedition.
