FORT MYERS, Fla. -- In a sad update to a story from earlier this week, a Fort Myers man has been found dead in a pond near his residence.
78-year-old Cleveaux Direny was reported missing on April 1st from his home near College Parkway and McGregor Boulevard.
Wednesday, the Lee County Sheriff's Office responded to Lennex Lane, where a boy was found in a pond behind a residential community.
The body was identified as of Mr. Direny.
The death is not considered suspicious.
