LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Lee County Parks and Rec says all county pools will be closed Saturday, Feb. 13 for annual staff training.
Pools at the following locations will be closed:
· San Carlos Community Pool, 8208 Sanibel Blvd., Fort Myers
· Lehigh Acres Community Pool, 1400 W. Fifth St., Lehigh Acres
· Pine Island Community Pool, 5675 Sesame Drive, Pine Island
· North Fort Myers Community Pool, 5170 Orange Grove Blvd., North Fort Myers
Lee County says lifeguards are tested on their skills once a year to ensure they meet safety standards. All pools will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 16, with normal operating hours. County pools are closed Sundays and Mondays, except for in the summer.
