FORT MYERS, Fla. — On Friday afternoon the U.S. Marshall's Service worked with the Fort Myers Department's Gang Suppression Unit to arrest Joseph Anthony Ferguson for the shootings that took place on Henderson Ave on February 1.
Ferguson was taken into custody and charged with attempted second-degree murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief.
He was then transported to the Lee County Jail.
