Traffic stop leads to 3 men arrested for drugs and stolen property

LEE COUNTY, Fla. --- Lee County Sheriff's Office arrested three men after a traffic stop leads to Deputies finding drugs and stolen property. 

According to Deputies the Lee County Sheriff's Office East District Criminal Investigations Division conducted a traffic stop in Lehigh Acres, which resulted in the  arrest of the driver of the car, Brandon Allen, for possession of marijuana. 

The passenger, Christopher Allen was also wanted in connection to several active car break-ins investigations. 

Investigators later learned of a possible location where stolen items, taken during car burglaries, were being stored. Detectives gained access to the home through a search warrant at the 400 block of Geona Avenue South in Lehigh Acres, where investigators made contact with the, Michael Swisher. 

While searching the home, a large safe was found inside a bedroom. Inside the safe was 16 pounds of marijuana, which was individually packed in sealed bags, cocaine, vials of THC oil, 5 bottles of Codeine and several forms of narcotic paraphernalia. Also located inside the home were stolen electronics from recent car burglaries. 

Brandon Allen was charged with Possession of Marijuana over 20 grams and Possession of Narcotic Equipment. 

Christopher Allen was charged with Burglary to a Conveyance, Grand Theft, Dealing in Stolen Property, and False Ownership to a Pawn Broker. 

Michael Swisher was charged with trafficking in Hydrocodone, Possession of Cocaine with intent to sell, Possession of Marijuana with intent to sell and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
