LEE COUNTY — University Village Shops and Dining is welcoming a new eatery.
The Bowl, specializes in nutritious acai bowls filled with organic fruit, granola, honey and peanut butter and also offers pitaya bowls, smoothies, cold brew coffee, kombucha, and several matcha flavored drinks.
It's first location here in Lee County.
The business is a local, woman-owned business started by Florida Gulf Coast University alumni Kylee Brinkman.
“Our mission is to provide organic açaí bowls with good vibes only,” said Brinkman.
She says all menu items are 100% organic and are available to dine in, takeout and curbside pickup.
The Bowl, located next to Slicers Hoagies, is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
