NAPLES, Fla. -- A 15-year old boy is in the hospital with serious injuries after someone hit him, and then drove off.
It happened in Naples around 7:18 p.m. Thursday, on North 4th Street near 2nd Avenue.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, troopers say the boy was walking across the street and did not yield the right of way as a northbound car drove through.
That driver did not stop after striking the boy.
A witness says the car may have been a white Lincoln with tinted windows and front end damage.
