NORTH FORT MYERS, Fla. — Luis Alfredo Ortiz, 26 was arrested and charged with trafficking Fentanyl, Trafficking Cocaine, Marijuana possession over 20 grams, and driving without a License. This comes after deputies investigated and found several baggies in his vehicle that contained illegal narcotics.
Deputies were initially called out to investigate a suspicious vehicle at the Sunoco on North Cleveland Avenue in North Fort Myers.
When deputies arrived, they made contact with Ortiz, police observed a strong odor of raw marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. Officers started to investigate, and that is when they found the illegal narcotics.
Officers found 98.4 grams of Fentanyl, 86.8 grams of Cocaine, and 957.2 grams of Marijuana.
