COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- A suspicious incident at a Collier County middle school led to a brief lockdown Friday.
It happened at Corkscrew Middle School on Oil Well Road.
Deputies say that just before noon Friday, a student activated the Code Red alert system.
Detectives have identified the student and were conducting interviews. The lockdown has been lifted.
