CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Detectives have charged a North Fort Myers man with Grand Theft Auto after they say he stole a truck and trailer this week.
According to Cape Coral Police, 29-year-old Joshua Forman was arrested Tuesday night and booked into the Lee County Jail.
The victim told police that on Monday he was at the Speedway on Del Prado Boulevard, just south of Viscaya Parkway, when he came outside to see his truck and trailer being driven away by a man with a beard.
Thankfully, detectives were able to recover the vehicle with all the landscaping equipment still inside, and returned it to a thankful owner.
