Special election Tuesday for Naples city council

NAPLES, Fla. – Residents in Naples can hit the polls Tuesday to decide who will join their city council in a special election.

Candidates on the ballot are Edward (Ted) Blankenship, Raymond Christman, George Dondanville, and Bill Moss.

The winner will serve the remainder of Linda Penniman’s term ending February 1, 2022. Penniman is resigning to spend time with her ailing husband.

The polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday. As long as you're in line by 7 p.m. you will have the chance to vote.

Don't forget you need a valid photo ID or signed ID like a driver’s license, passport, or military ID.
