CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing Cape Coral man who may be in the Tampa area.
According to Cape Coral Police, 81-year-old Richard Carmel is driving a white 2014 Nissan Versa with a Florida tag IE2-7JB.
They report that his phone is pinging in the Tampa area, but could be on his way back to Cape Coral.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Cape Coral Police Department at (239) 574-3223 or 911.
