FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Police say they are investigating an overnight shooting in the Dunbar community.
Police shut down an entire block for hours Monday morning as they investigated. It included the area between Dunbar and Ford streets to the corner of Wright and Thomas Street.
Our crew on scene tells us officers and forensics units were on scene until about 3:30 a.m. There were several evidence markers in the blocked-off area, including bullet holes in someone's house.
Fort Myers Police did not say if anyone was injured or if they have anyone in custody. They tell us they will release a more detailed report later Monday.
