CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — According to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, Matthew Harden,53, the second suspect in the HD Homes case, has turned himself in.
Harden's partner Stephen Dukes was picked up by the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office last week.
Charlotte County Sheriff's Office announced yesterday that Stephen Dukes and his partner Matthew Harden were charged with one felony count of scheming to defraud and 12 counts of construction funds' misapplication.
