SANIBEL, Fla. — Sanibel Police say an officer was involved in a crash with one other vehicle on Sanibel-Captiva Road Sunday afternoon.
The officer has been transported to the hospital where he is being treated for injuries.
Police say Lee County Sheriff's Office will handle the investigation.
