The manager of an upscale Mexican restaurant in South Fort Myers is facing battery charges after a seating dispute with a customer.
Joy Duda works at Cantina Laredo at Bell Tower Shops. The incident happened Wednesday.
Lee County deputies arrested Duda after a customer called them to say she had pushed him and grabbed his phone.
The customer says they were arguing after he asked how much longer it would take for his party to be seated.
