Public input wanted on Corridor Vision for U.S. 41 in Charlotte County

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. -- Two public meetings are scheduled this month for the public to give input on the future of U.S. 41 in Charlotte County.

The meetings will help establish a Corridor Vision Plan for Tamiami Trail/U.S. 41.

The community is welcome to attend either of the two meetings:

TIME: 5:30-7:30 p.m.

The same content will be provided at each meeting. The meetings will begin with an open house at 5:30 p.m. where attendees can visit a variety of booths and discuss concepts for problems areas along the corridor one-on-one with project team members.

At 6:30 p.m., FDOT staff will present a project overview, followed by additional time to visit the booths, and again interact with the project team.
