FORT MYERS, Fla.-- Police say they are no longer looking for a second person of interest in a homicide investigation.
On Saturday, Curtis Thornton surrendered to police. FMPD had been looking for Thornton and 36-year-old Ernest Foster, but they have both been located.
Detectives were able to secure a warrant for Thornton for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Thornton is being held on a $200,000.00 bond.
Police have not identified which homicide case Thornton and Foster are connected to, but police say the homicide investigation is still active.
