CAPE CORAL, Fla. — A good samaritan was carjacked in Cape Coral. This is an update to a story we brought you earlier this week.
Cape Coral police say around 1:00 am Monday a driver crashed into a power pole on Cape Coral Parkway.
A good samaritan tried to help the driver and a passenger. But was instead threatened and told to drive the pair into Fort Myers.
The victim says he drove along McGregor as the suspects made phone calls.
They were eventually dropped off at the Coralwood Mall.
Officers are still investigating the incident.
