LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A Cape Coral woman is facing several charges after an alcohol-fueled incident Saturday night.
58-year-old Marsha McAtee has been charged with Aggravated Battery, Use of a Firearm While Under the Influence of Alcohol.
According to Cape Coral Police, officers responded to the Isles of Porto Vista condos off Del Prado Boulevard around 10:30 p.m. Saturday after receiving a call from a woman reporting she shot her boyfriend in the face.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and released.
Investigators spoke with McAtee, who was arrested and taken to Lee County Jail. She was booked and released on $35,000 bond.
