We're following breaking news of a plane crash near the Pahokee airport in Palm Beach County. This is on the east side of Lake Okeechobee.
County fire rescue says there were reports the plane crashed in Lake Okeechobee.
Palm Beach sheriff's offices say they received information the small airplane went down just north of the airport about 400 yards from shore.
One person was seen swimming away from the airplane; however, has not been located.
