LEE COUNTY, Fla. — The Pet of the Week for March 11-15 is Hank, an eight-year-old Newfoundland mix.
He can be found at the Gulf Coast Humane Society.
GCHS is hosting The Fast and the Furriest 5K run/1 mile walk on April 6 at Centurylink Sports Complex Hammond Field in Fort Myers.
The event lasts from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m. On-site registration begins at 6:00 a.m.
