FORT MYERS, Fla. -- One person was taken into custody in Fort Myers Thursday as authorities investigated a large crime scene.
It was happening around 11:30 a.m. in the 11900 block of South Cleveland Avenue, just south of South Airport Road.
Fort Myers Police and the Lee County Sheriff's Officer were both on scene as one person was taken into custody.
Authorities have not confirmed any details yet, but early reports indicate the investigation involves a stolen vehicle and a police chase.
