LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- There's a new place available to handle your local taxes.
The grand opening of the new Lee County Tax Collector office is at 10 in the morning, on April 9, 2018. It's inside the AAA Auto Club south office, on Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers.
The new center will handle several services including vehicle registration and title, plate renewals, property tax payments and birth certificates.
The new center is designed to help shorten wait times at the other 6 Lee County Tax Collector locations and give nearby homeowners a more convenient option.
