CAPE CORAL, Fla. — Plans are underway to develop a commercial project in Cape Coral.
Developers call it Victory Park, which will include a 125-room Wyndham Garden hotel, commercial space and 100,000 square feet of medical and industrial space, according to Blue Waters Development Group.
The project is located at 2313 NE 24th Avenue in Cape Coral.
Developers say pre-leasing for the space is underway.
