LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Travelers looking to jump over to Miami from Fort Myers will have new flight options starting in December.
The Lee County Port Authority announced Monday that American Airlines will begin non-stop flight service from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) to Miami International Airport (MIA).
The inaugural flight will be on December 19, 2018, and there will be two flights daily.
