CAPE CORAL, Fla. — The state of Florida has launched a new app that will allow drivers to pay for toll roads right from their smartphone.
The app, "GoToll," allows drivers to pay for tolls trip by trip. With the app, drivers don't need to load money into an account or put a box into their car to be scanned when going through the tolls.
App organizers say GoToll works on most Quick Pass roads in Florida.
The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. To register, just enter a license plate and credit card.
