CAPE CORAL, Fla. — There's a new hotel coming to Cape Coral.
A 109-room Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott will be built at the intersection of Pine Island Road and Del Prado Boulevard on Old Pondella Road.
The hotel would be behind Outback Steakhouse.
The hotel is expected to open in the fall of next year.
It will cost 14-million-dollars to build.
A groundbreaking ceremony will be held tomorrow at 10 AM.
