A Naples man was arrested after video evidence showed him engaging in sexual acts with an 11-year-old.
Divesh Valanju, 29, of Naples Florida was arrested on Friday. He is charged with Sexual Battery on a Victim Under the Age of 12.
The victim's father reportedly found video on the child's cellphone of Valanju receiving oral sex from the child.
The victim was medically examined and showed positive findings of sexual contact, according to a Collier County Sheriff's Office report.
Valanju remains at the Naples jail center. His bond has not yet been set.
