A man is charged with throwing a lit match, possession of counterfeit credit cards and fraud.
Collier County Deputies say Urbano Rodriguez was spotted throwing a lit cigarette on Santa Barbara Boulevard on Thursday.
A burn ban is still in effect in Collier County.
When a Deputy pulled him over they found several cloned credit cards and debit cards inside his car.
