A Naples man is accused of smashing someones car window after engaging in a verbal altercation, a Collier County Sheriff's Office report stated.
Deputies received a call in reference to a driver being sideswiped while leaving his apartment complex at 16th PL. Sw, in Naples.
The victim told deputies that the suspect, later identified as 35-year-old Carlos Fernandez, began yelling at him and struck car window before taking off.
The victim was able to follow Fernandez to a parking lot, where he's later accused of using a pipe to break the driver side window of the victim's car, CCSO wrote in a report.
Deputies arrived and arrested Fernandez.
He was transported to the Naples Jail Center and charged with Criminal Mischief.
