Collier County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested a Naples man accused of inappropriately touching a 14-year-old on several occasions.
The victim told deputies that 34-year-old Marium Guifarroramos sexually abused her on multiple occasions between July 2017 to March 2018. According to a report, the victim told Marium "stop" during each incident.
When the victim's mother confronted Marium regarding the allegation, he admitted to touching the child, a CCSO report states.
Additional evidence discovered confirmed the victim's disclosure.
Marium was arrested and transported to the Naples Jail Center.
His charges include Sexual Battery and Lewd and Lascivious Molestation.
