One person was injured after multiple shots were fired at a Waffle House on Sunday morning, according to the Cape Coral Police Department.
The incident occurred around 3:45 a.m. at the Del Prado Blvd. S location. The victim was shot in the left hip/leg and transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Police said two unknown male suspects left the Waffle House parking lot in a maroon Ford Fusion after the incident. This is an ongoing investigation.
