CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- A Cape Coral man is recovering in the hospital after he crashed his motorcycle on Del Prado Boulevard Sunday night.
It happened just before midnight near the intersection with SE 46th Street.
According to Cape Coral Police, 29-year-old Brian Dill was riding northbound on Del Prado when he crashed into the rear end of another northbound vehicle.
Dill was thrown from the motorcycle and landed in the roadway.
The driver of the station wagon pulled over at the scene and was uninjured.
Dill was taken to the hospital with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
Police say the crash was alcohol-related. An investigation continues.
