FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Police are looking for the person or people who reportedly stole money from a hotel front desk overnight.
This happened early Wednesday morning at the Candlewood Suites just off of Colonial Boulevard near Interstate 75.
Police tell Fox 4 that while the hotel's manager was in the back, someone went over the counter, opened the cash register, emptied it, and ran off.
They say they did question one person at the scene, but that person was later released.
They don't know at this time how many suspects they're looking for.
