CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Police are looking for a man who was last seen making threats of self-harm.
25-year-old Rycky Garcia was last seen in the area of the 2200 block of NW 5th Terrace.
He is described as a black/Hispanic male, with long black dreadlocks.
