Two men have been charged after being accused of breaking into cars in Cape Coral.
Police said Justin Moore and Christopher Orlando damaged a car’s windshield and broke into two unlocked cars and took items.
The incident happened Thursday around 2:00 a.m. on Southwest 11th Avenue.
