Meals of Hope's annual event, Holidays without Hunger, works with volunteers in the community to help feed the hungry in our area.

The inaugural year of this event, the community packed more than 506,000 meals in two hours, but this year, their goal is to pack 1,000,000 because of increasing volunteers each year.

There are two dates and counties you can volunteer in. Starting December 16th, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., volunteers of all ages can help pack meals at the Ritz Carlton in Naples. If that doesn't work for you, on December 23rd, you can volunteer at the Lee Civic Center in Fort Myers from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Check in begins one hour before it starts for all registered teams and individuals. To get involved, click here.
