FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. — A female client reported that 70-year-old Barry Gould touched her inappropriately during a massage therapy session on Dec. 19 at Armondo's Day Spa, 2101 Estero Blvd., on Fort Myers Beach.
Lee County deputies arrested Gould at the community outreach center on the beach and collected a DNA sample.
Gould is facing charges of sexual battery and being held on a $50,000 bond.
