Medical marijuana dispensaries voted to keep out on Tuesday by Charlotte County and Collier County commissioners. The Charlotte County commissioners voted 4 to 1 to block the marijuana dispensaries.

Collier County extended its ban until the end of the year by the same 4-1 vote.
