MARCO ISLAND, Fla. -- Dozens of local students will get new school supplies, thanks to your donations and help from the Marco Island Police Department and Marco Island Fire and Rescue.
This weekend’s “Back to School Essentials” event wrapped up.
They were able to get everything from calculators to backpacks, and even gift cards.
The Marco Island first responders will drop them off to the Shelter for Abused Women and Children on Monday.
