MARCO ISLAND, Fla. — A Marco Island man has been arrested after being accused of taking a picture of a 21-year-old woman while she was showering and inappropriately touching a 12 and 15-year-old girl.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office said they received a call Friday night from the 21-year-old woman who said she didn't feel comfortable being around her cousin Miguel Perez-Guerrero.
She said Perez-Guerrero recently showed her a picture of her while she was showering, threatening to show the photos if she didn't have sex with him. She told deputies she also thought he had pictures of her two young sisters. She told police he had lived in the residence for the past 15 years.
Deputies made contact with Perez-Guerrero who denied the allegations. They were able to locate a camera placed in the shower. Deputies were also made aware that Perez-Guerrero allegedly touched the 12 and 15-year-old girls inappropriately.
Pereze-Guerrero was taken into custody and transported to the Naples County Jail Friday night.
